Board of Directors

The Board of Directors meets at least monthly to review the financials of the credit union, declare dividend rates on savings accounts and interest rates on loan. The Board reviews and approves plans of management for running the day-to-day operation of the credit union and act on credit union business as necessary. Each Board member serves for a term of three years. There is no set maximum number of terms that an individual can serve.

Supervisory Committee

The Board of Directors appoints a Supervisory Committee to oversee the integrity of the credit union operation. The supervisory committee is responsible for the financial well being of the credit union and for ensuring that internal operations are valid, accurate and efficient. The Supervisory Committee is made up of non-paid volunteers. Members of the Supervisory Committee are selected from the credit union’s membership. If you are interested in volunteering to serve on this committee, or on the nominating committee, please write to the Credit Union’s President of the Board of Directors.

Credit Committee

The Board of Directors appoints a Credit Committee to oversee the integrity of the credit union’s lending process. The Credit Committee is made up of non-paid volunteers. Members of the Credit Committee are selected from the credit union’s membership.
